Para fechar com chave de ouro meu passeio uruguaio, fui parar na bodega Bouzas, onde experimentei (degustei) vários vinhos (de merlot, tempranillo e Tannat - dizem que o vinho feito da uva Tannat, de origem francesa, é típico do Uruguai - puros a misturas entre eles), acompanhados de queijos diversos e presuntos deliciosos. Havia vinhos brancos também, mas estes eu trato apenas como presente para os paladares mais delicados que o meu.
To end up my Uruguayan ride, I wento to the Bouzas winery, where I’ve tried out (tasted) a lot of wines (from pure merlot, tempranillo and Tannat – it seems that the wine made from the Tannat grape, of French origin, is typical of Uruguay – to mixtures of them), together with various cheeses and delicious hams. There were also white wines, but I treat them just like gifts to the more delicate palates than mine.
