Tremei, hipocondríacos de plantão! Observem meu aparelho medidor de pressão (não vou mencionar sobre o fato de ter ficado 24 horas com este treco, o que me obrigou a tomar um banho de gato no calor de Ribeirão Preto... deixem pra lá).
O importante é que, já que eu vou começar a corrida contra o tempo, era melhor me certificar de que consigo mesmo chegar lá, sem grandes danos ao meu organismo quase sedentário...
O difícil vai ser o coração se comportar direito porque, justo agora, temos de encarar mais um escândalo de mensalão no cenário político brasileiro...
P.s.: O tal aparelho media minha pressão de tempos em tempos (inclusive durante meu precário sono), para tentar desvendar o motivo de minhas taquicardias... no fim, obviamente, não era nada além do estresse e da falta de sono. Contudo, considerando que meu pai teve dois infartos antes dos 40 anos, nos próximos anos devo voltar a passear por aí com esse treco antiquado e - aparentemente - impreciso (vai me dizer que é o melhor que há, neste século XXI, pra diagnosticar problemas cardíacos?) .

The important thing is that once I'll start the race against time, it is better to make sure I can even get there without too much damage to my almost sedentary body ...
The hard part will certainly be the heart behave properly, because right now we have to face another scandal of "big political allowance" (mensalão) in the brazilian the political scene...
P.s.: The machine kept mesuring my blood pressure from time to time (including during my bad sleep time) to try to uncover the reason for my rapid heartbeat ... in the end, of course, was nothing but stress and lack of sleep. However, considering that my father had two heart attacks before age 40, in the next few years I must return to walk around with this outdated device and - apparently - inaccurate (do they want me to believe that it is the best machine, in this century, to diagnose problems cardiac?).
