Vi um documentário em que uma simpática Isabel Allende apresentava sua vida - e sua inteligência - ao mundo.

As reviravoltas da vida dela contrapõem-se às reviravoltas do mundo que foi deixando pra trás:
fugindo do golpe militar de 1973, ela saiu do Chile, refugiando-se na Venezuela.

Só é o mesmo dos contos de fada: hoje, Allende vive nos EUA.

I saw a documentary where a friendly Isabel Allende exposed her life - and her intelligence - to the world.

The twists and turns of her life were showed in opposition to the upheavals of the world  that she was leaving behind: fleeing the military coup of 1973, she came out of Chile, taking refuge in Venezuela.

Only the same fairy tale: today, Allende lives in the USA.
